Biogenesis

Humanity lost, not with a bang, but a slow, creeping dread as monstrous creatures twisted the world into an unrecognizable nightmare. Three months into this brutal new reality, Jaxon, a young man who navigates the world differently, clings to survival, his unique perspective a quiet strength amidst the chaos. Scavenging for food in his grandparents' abandoned home, he stumbles upon a perfectly smooth, black object in the attic—a relic from a time before the world ended. But this isn't just an old trinket; it pulses with an alien energy, splitting open to unleash metallic tendrils that pierce his skin. As a cold power floods his veins and a non-human voice whispers of "compatibility confirmed," Jaxon is plunged into a terrifying new evolution. Will this mysterious system be his salvation, or the final, irreversible step into humanity's ultimate demise?
