They called her illegitimate before she could even spell the word. Kalyra Devonshire grew up in her father's house like a ghost — fed, sheltered, and completely invisible. Her mother died the night she was discovered. Her father never forgave her for existing. And when he finally found a use for her — a loveless marriage to a man beneath her — Kalyra decided she was done being handed to people who didn't deserve her. So she went after the one man in the country no one would dare approach. Evander Buckingham. Son of the President. Billionaire. Arrogant beyond reason and untouchable by design. He rejected her request for an audience forty-nine times. The fiftieth time, she got in. She didn't come with flowers. She came with a proposal — cold, calculated, and completely insane. Marry me. Contractually. Two years. We both walk away with what we need. He laughed at her. Then he signed. But contracts don't account for shared dinners that run too long, or the way he watches her when he thinks she isn't looking, or the fact that somewhere between performing love for cameras and pretending not to feel it in private — something real started growing in the space between them. And Kalyra Devonshire, the girl who was never supposed to inherit anything, is about to become the most dangerous woman in the country. If she can survive everything that wants to stop her first.

This is a nice story but I don’t like the way it’s being narrated. Especially from episode 38 the eeeeee…aaaaa….. and the too fast narrations 😩 my head got tired.
