There are many ways for a group of kids to spend a weekend. They could go outside. They could play sports. They could do homework. These kids… Got audited by a dungeon. And that was before the goblins unionized. It All Started Like a Normal Game Which is to say, it absolutely did not start normally. Greg and his friends sat down to play what they thought would be a typical tabletop adventure. Dice were ready. Snacks were prepared. Expectations were low and reasonable. They were going to fight some goblins. Maybe open a treasure chest. Possibly argue about rules for three hours. Instead, they opened a dungeon that had opinions. Not just any opinions. Legal opinions. The Goblins Were Organized At first, everything seemed fine. The party entered a dungeon. Torches flickered. The atmosphere was appropriately spooky. The first goblin encounter appeared right on schedule. Except the goblins didn’t attack. They held a meeting. Not a small meeting. A structured, agenda-driven, minutes-recorded meeting. Welcome to Goblin Union Local 404, where stabbing is regulated, trap safety is a priority, and emotional well-being is taken seriously. The goblins had rules: No stabbing during lunch breaks All traps must be clearly labeled Gelatinous cubes require emotional support Heroes must respect the goblin working hours This was not the dungeon anyone expected. It was significantly more organized. And far more dangerous. Because nothing is more terrifying than a creature with both a spear and a clipboard. Things Escalated (They Always Do) The party adapted. They negotiated. They attempted to respect union guidelines. And then… Listen to find out more ;-)
