Ser’ena was born Veinless in a world where power is written into the blood. When her Awakening ends in death, she wakes to something that shouldn’t exist—an ancient intelligence calling itself ST4N and a hidden evolutionary protocol known as Re:Scale. Now, while everyone else measures strength through Beast Veins, Ser’ena is becoming something the world’s scanners can’t understand. Every fight gives her data. Every failure becomes adaptation. And beneath Drakar Academy, something ancient is beginning to wake. The deeper Ser’ena pushes, the clearer one thing becomes: Being Veinless was never the same as being powerless. I’ve really been enjoying this story so far. I like that Ser’ena doesn’t just become super powerful right away and actually has to figure out what’s happening to her and how her abilities work. The mystery around Stan and why she’s different has definitely kept me interested. I also like the humor and the relationship she has with her sisters because it makes the characters feel more real. I’m interested to see where the story goes from here
