Sixteen-year-old Tyrell Jones dreams of becoming a legendary SSS Rank Hunter, but the annual Classification Ceremony declares him the first person in history with no rank, no class, and no potential. Just as he resigns himself to a life of ordinary incompetence, a mysterious blue screen appears, activating an "Unlimited Leveling System" and summoning Bobo, a talking monkey who declares Tyrell an idiot. When a dungeon gate rips open in the middle of Chicago, unleashing slimes, Tyrell's accidental heroics somehow level him up, granting him bizarre skills like "Advanced Falling" and "Ability To Know If Bread Is Bread."
