The Six Thrones

For generations, the Nerothorne family has stood near the throne, powerful but never quite royal, their legacy defined by legendary summoners. But for Zack, the youngest Nerothorne, his inheritance is a cracked, silent summoning stone, a constant reminder of his family's fading glory and his own perceived failure. While his siblings command magnificent beasts, Zack endures the whispers and the pity, a disappointment in a house built on power. Yet, when his father demands he present the cursed stone before the court, a desperate act of defiance or perhaps a final humiliation, something ancient stirs. As the cold bite of the stone deepens and a non-human whisper echoes in the dark, Zack discovers his broken inheritance might hold a power far more terrifying and world-shattering than any beast his family has ever known. What secrets lie dormant within the cracked stone, and what will it demand in return for its awakening?
