The night the sky screams, Elias Vale is just a street thief, stealing bread to survive. But when a storm of unnatural blue lightning rips through Greyhaven, it awakens something ancient and terrifying within him. Hunted by armored figures wielding swords of pure void, Elias discovers his entire life is a lie, and the symbol burning on his skin marks him as the last heir of a forgotten power. Thrust into a cosmic realm where five colossal moons hang in an abyss and a man made of lightning calls him son, Elias is forced to confront a destiny far greater and more dangerous than he could ever imagine. With an ancient evil stirring and the world's end prophesied, can a boy who only ever stole bread become the warrior his father believes him to be, or will the awakening of the Five Thrones shatter reality itself?
