Disgraced Commander Seren Vale, haunted by the whispers of a past she can't escape, navigates the lawless salvage port of Kharon’s Reach, where her name is synonymous with the Veyra Station tragedy. With her ragtag crew of outcasts and a dying ship, she’s desperate for a job to keep them afloat. But when a high-risk salvage contract leads her to a derelict military wreck, the ghosts of Veyra awaken. The ship's black box holds a recording that could either clear her name or condemn her forever, revealing a chilling command that she swears she never gave. In a universe where truth is a weapon, can Seren uncover the real story behind the erased system, or will the past consume her and everyone she cares about?
