In the futuristic city of Neo-City, human emotions are no longer free. Every citizen lives under the control of the powerful Core Network, an advanced system that suppresses fear, anger, sadness, and even love through neural emotion chips. Peace was achieved. But humanity was lost. Kai Ren, a low-level repair worker from the lower sectors, lives an ordinary life until the impossible happens — the system fails to control him. Declared an “Emotional Anomaly” by the Core Network, Kai becomes the most wanted man in the city after unlocking a dangerous power tied directly to human emotions.
