Lucas was a lazy office worker who loved boredom, routine, anime, games, and the simple comfort of doing nothing. After being mysteriously shot in a foggy alley, he wakes up in the fantasy world of Aetheria, inside the body of a dead thief. Aetheria has dungeons, monsters, nobles, warriors, alchemists, and magic, but no Adventurer Guild. Instead, nobles control dungeons and force warriors to surrender most of their loot. Then Lucas receives the Guild Creation System and is given one impossible mission: establish the first Adventurer Guild in history. With no strength, no noble background, and terrible combat talent, Lucas must rely on strategy, shameless business tactics, clever rules, rumors, and powerful misfit adventurers to build a guild that may one day challenge the entire kingdom’s corrupt power structure.
