Projects to Penthouse

The concrete jungle of Boston's projects is home, until a brutal murder shatters a young life, forcing a child to witness the unthinkable. Spirit, caught between loyalty and terror, sees her own brother commit an act that will forever stain their family. In a world where blood isn't always thicker than water, and respect is earned through fear, she learns that silence is the only currency for survival. As the police turn a blind eye, and the neighborhood closes ranks, Spirit carries a secret that could either destroy her or forge a path to a life far beyond the projects. But how long can a secret stay buried when the ghosts of the past refuse to rest?
