After a tough period of heartbreak, Alex Baxter, the CEO of a big company, decides to escape his stressful life with an impromptu vacation to a far-off continent. He’s craving a break from the high-profile world he’s used to and is hoping to find himself along the way. Enter Hannah Park, a lively South Korean-British girl who’s also trying to sort out her life after a rough patch in London. Back in her home country, she runs into Alex, who’s blending in and keeping a low profile to enjoy some peace and quiet. As Alex and Hannah explore beautiful landscapes and dive into exciting cultural adventures together, Hannah faces pressure from her family to marry someone who doesn’t really understand her dreams. In a bold move to avoid this arranged marriage and follow her own path, she asks Alex to pretend to be her boyfriend to fend off her unwanted suitor.
