Reunion + Long-Awaited Reunion + Double Purity] Arushi Mehta, a dedicated Maxillofacial Surgeon at the Breach Candy Dental Hospital, runs into her college sweetheart, Aarav Khanna, eight years after their painful breakup at IIT Bombay. Aarav is visiting the hospital, but he's accompanied by another woman, displaying an intimacy that instantly reminds Arushi of their last night together. She recalls his words, filled with grief and determination: "Arushi, you'd better think it over carefully. If I turn around tonight, I will never look back." Arushi has achieved the peaceful, professional life she always wanted, and Aarav is now committed to a business marriage. She believes their paths, which briefly intersected, have now permanently diverged. However, eight years later, Aarav unexpectedly shows up at her doorstep. He confronts her directly, asking: "Do you still care about me?" Moved by the intensity of the moment, Arushi admits, "I care." The instant she finishes speaking, Aarav slams the door shut and initiates a passionate, suffocating kiss that seems determined to erase their eight years apart. Their initial meeting may have been accidental, but their reunion was inevitable. He has only ever loved her.
