She lost her parents, her home, and the life she once knew. But what if everything she believed about her past was a lie? After the tragic death of her parents, fifteen-year-old Maya Bennett is left in the care of her Aunt Denise, where love is replaced by cruelty, endless responsibilities, and constant reminders that she is nothing more than a burden. For nearly three years, Maya has endured in silence, holding on to one dream: earning a university scholarship and finally escaping the life she never chose. But just as freedom comes within reach, Maya begins uncovering disturbing secrets about her parents' estate, a hidden fortune, and the people she was supposed to trust. And when unanswered questions surrounding her parents' deaths begin to surface, Maya realizes that the truth could be far more dangerous than she ever imagined. With friendship, love, and unexpected allies by her side, Maya must find the courage to confront betrayal, reclaim what belongs to her, and discover who she is beyond the pain of her past. Some secrets were meant to stay buried. Some betrayals come from those closest to us. And some futures are worth fighting for. Will Maya uncover the truth and finally claim a future of her own?

I'm loving the story. I believe Maya's growth is going be one of the strongest in this story, a vulnerable girl try to survive her aunt's home. I am looking forward to how Maya would survive her aunt.

This is a beautiful story that makes you don't want to stop listening, Iike the fact that I am unable to predict what will happen next, I love everything about this story, the sound effects I think should be improved on, kudos to the writer.
