Beneath its quiet streets and watchful forests lies an ancient purpose: to suppress monsters by erasing who they truly are. The town’s magic is subtle and relentless, designed to dull memory, instinct, and power. Eryx lives as a quiet archivist, believing herself human, though the moon stirs something violent and familiar within her. She wakes with blood on her hands, heightened senses, and dreams of bone and hunger. Unbeknownst to her, she is an ancient werewolf—one that does not simply change, but endures through cycles of forgetting, bound to the moon and stripped of her identity to keep her contained.
