Mr Funny Guy

Meet Chris, a fresh college graduate with big dreams and bigger clumsiness. By day, he’s the maintenance guy at Net ‘n Sip — a cozy internet café and coffee diner in Harare. By night, he transforms into the most unpredictable waiter in town. Every time he messes up — and trust me, that’s often — he somehow turns disaster into laughter with his quick wit and hilarious comebacks. That’s how he earned the nickname “Mr Funny.” But behind the jokes and spilled coffee lies a story of ambition, hustle, and heart. Chris dreams of owning his own tech shop one day — a place where he can fix more than just computers… maybe even people’s moods. Along the way, he faces the chaos of city life, unexpected friendships, love gone sideways, and the pressure of chasing success in a world that doesn’t always play fair. Full of laughter, lessons, and life’s little twists, Mr Funny is a story that proves you can stumble, fall, and still find a reason to smile. Because sometimes, the funniest stories come from the messiest moments.
