No — the worst part was how boring it all got once the fires burned out. Cities crumbled. Governments toppled. People went mad. And I? Well, I survived. Not because I was noble, or strong, or chosen by fate. I survived because I was too stubborn to die and too sarcastic to take the apocalypse seriously. My name’s Sable Knox.
