Long ago, humans lived in fear of monsters—creatures born from the Abyss. But everything changed when humanity was gifted with magical abilities. Those who awakened these powers were called Hunters, ranked from the weakest F-rank to the strongest S-rank. This story is about a boy named Jimmy—a boy whose dream was to become a powerful Hunter, whose name would be known across the land. Unlike most families, however, Jimmy and his family possessed no magical abilities. Still, that was not enough to stop him from chasing his dream. One fateful night, Jimmy and his family were slaughtered by monsters. But fate was not done with him. Resurrected by a mysterious Death Link System, Jimmy awakens with the power to grow stronger in a way no Hunter ever could. Consumed by hatred for the monsters who took everything from him, he travels to the city of Elarion to join a Hunter’s Guild. As dungeons open and monsters rise once more from the Abyss, Jimmy faces countless trials and deadly challenges. In the end, he must make a choice: Will he continue to chase his dream… or will he hunt down every monster in the world?
