“The Hollow Star” follows Elara, a fugitive who stole a massive, mysterious warship called the Hollow Star and lives in exile among the stars. Haunted by her past and a cryptic cryo pod onboard, she investigates an ancient signal emanating from a dead planet. There, she discovers remnants of the long-lost Thren Order and accidentally awakens a man known only as the Herald, who carries within him a sealed, cosmic horror. As the planet collapses and distant forces awaken, Elara and the Herald escape aboard the Hollow Star, realizing they’ve triggered events that could unravel the galaxy. The story ends open-ended, with dark powers stirring and the promise of new battles—and mysteries—to come.
