From the mist, longships appear like specters. Black sails swell in the wind, crested with snarling wolves and blood-stained ravens. At the prow of the lead ship stands Jarl Eirik Skull-Breaker, axe raised high, eyes locked on the coastal settlement ahead. Smoke rises from chimneys—peaceful, unaware.
