Return Policy
INTRODUCTION
Our Return Policy allows users of the Pocket FM platform ("Users”) to take a chance on a new piece of content without losing their coins as well as return accidental purchases.
This Return Policy shall be read with the Pocket FM Terms of Use https://www.pocketfm.com/terms-and-conditions, and the Pocket FM Privacy Policy at https://www.pocketfm.com/privacy-policy, (collectively, “Terms”). The capitalized words used in these guidelines shall have the meaning given to such words in the Terms.
Return Eligibility
Returns are offered only on select content which have been purchased by Users using coins, at our discretion (“Return Eligible Content”). Users can avail returns on Return Eligible Content until they surpass the maximum episode limit indicated for the same. Once a User exceeds the maximum episode limit, they will no longer be able to initiate returns for any episode of the Return Eligible Content.
Return Process
Once a return is availed, all the coins spent on the Return Eligible Content will be refunded to the user's wallet and all episodes of the Refund Eligible Content (including episodes which were previously accessed or downloaded for offline consumption) will be locked and no longer accessible. The User can redeem the refunded coins against any other Content available on the Platform.
We reserve the right to limit the number of returns or revoke return privileges at our discretion, or offer returns only to selected Users. We also reserve the right to cancel or change the terms of this Return Policy with respect to any or all Users at any time. The ability to return is only available for Users in good standing. We may cancel or modify the terms of our Return Policy with respect to any or all participants at any time.
