Mira Jones married the one man her family said would ruin her. A jobless husband. A disappointment at every dinner table. The punchline at every family gathering. What they don't know is that Drake isn't hiding nothing. He's hiding everything. While Mira fights to build an empire from scratch, humiliated at every turn by a family that never believed in her, Drake quietly moves through a world she knows nothing about, one built on secrets he swore he'd never bring home. A past he buried. A name he erased. A war he never stopped fighting. But some truths don't stay buried forever. And when the people circling Mira's life start circling Drake's too, the lie that was supposed to protect her becomes the one thing that could destroy them both. until a strong death takes his life, but even death couldn't keep him for long as Drake returns like a Phoenix and while he did, Mira keeps the world around him going. but when he returns, would he still be the same man she knew or a man that has now been forged into darkness?

This is about the 50th version of this same story on pocket. It would be nice if they varied the story a little more to make it an interesting variant.
