The narration does a great job conveying the tension and heartfelt moments, especially around the bond between parent and children. While some plot twists feel familiar, the emotional stakes and character struggles make it an engaging listen. A compelling, drama-driven audiobook with strong emotional appeal—perfect if you enjoy stories about love, secrets, and second chances.

I like the story but it would be better if the story would get straight to the point instead of lingering on. I don’t know why Asian base book take so long to get to the point and none of the women have no kind of back bone. Women are not this dumb and fragile. I hate when they make women so weak. All the books have the same story line. Drugging of the man and women they have sex and forget they had sex. Pregnancy with the same storyline they don’t know who’s the father, and a back stabbing family. I will continue to listen.

The overall storyline is very good. I just wish that you would write or simply put more; so that we wouldn’t have to wait for days or weeks to get more. And how long before Wyatt and Jean find out that the babies are theirs. Please take it a step further.

This story is so interesting, I am enjoying every bit of it and I like that Jean is not that naive girl again, she should show Brandon and Winona her other side.
