Slaughtered by the very kings he raised to glory, the Grand Strategist Aethelgard awakens ten years in the past, trapped in the sickly body of Kaelen Vance, a mana-deficient noble. With the memories of his brutal future and a mysterious 'Fate-Stealer Protocol' now active, he faces an impossible choice: relive his demise or rewrite destiny. But his second chance begins not with power, but with a ruthless merchant lord threatening his family and demanding their last inheritance. Kaelen, armed with forbidden knowledge and a system that exposes hidden truths, must navigate a world that once betrayed him, starting with a battle for his family's survival. Can a crippled boy with a strategist's mind outwit the forces that brought down an empire, or is history doomed to repeat itself?

Give this one a try. The dialogues feel natural, the story keeps you engaged, and the world-building is surprisingly well done. It has a solid foundation and is definitely worth reading.

I am not very far. Just want to simply state that this story seems to be one where the main character starts from scratch again, but he is super overpowered immediately. It seems like a good quality story so far, with a good start and lots of powerful opponents. I am simply a bit afraid that the main character will smack most obstacles without really needing to try. I might adjust my review when I got further.
