King Aziel faces a Grand Choosing, forced to select a queen from a parade of noblewomen, but his heart remains untouched until a spirited seamstress's assistant, Amara, disrupts the rigid ceremony. When a falling banner threatens disaster, Amara's quick, unscripted action and sharp wit catch the king's eye, shattering the carefully constructed facade of royal duty. Their forbidden connection sparks in a single, charged glance, defying centuries of tradition and the watchful eyes of a kingdom demanding an heir. Now, with the court buzzing and his brother warning of catastrophe, Aziel finds himself drawn to the one woman he cannot have, while Amara grapples with the dangerous attention of a king who knows her name. Can a king choose love when it means defying his crown and risking everything for a woman who is anything but royal?

the story line is all messed up, it would have been a great story. one time the father knows, the next he doesn't, the author forgets what they wrote in previous episodes. the author doesn't know there own story line.if you want to be frustrated and irritated with a story that doesn't align with the previous episodes you can listen. otherwise save your time
