Her mother’s “book club” is really a coven. The women she grew up around are witches. And Scarlett—whether she wants it or not—is destined to lead them as the next Coven Mother. With strange powers awakening inside her and a dangerous rival watching from the shadows, Scarlett has only one person she can turn to: Jaxon, the boy next door. His family has sworn for generations to guard the Coven Mother. Now, his duty—and his heart—are bound to her. Can Scarlett accept the magic written in her blood, or will denying it destroy her, and everyone she loves?
