Myla, an eighteen-year-old orphan from the weakest werewolf clan, lives a humble and quiet life with her loving adoptive family. As the daughter of an Omega maid, she resides at the very bottom of the pack’s rigid hierarchy. Her days are filled with simple chores and playful fights, until everything changes. One day, as punishment for a fight she had with her elder brother, Kade, Myla is forced to accompany her mother to the Alpha’s palace to clean. There, fate intervenes. She crosses paths with Dyan, the powerful and emotionally distant heir to the throne. The moment their wolves, Mia and Lex, see each other, they recognize an unbreakable bond: they are fated mates. But destiny is cruel. Dyan is already betrothed to Lady Talia of the Northern Winds, a prestigious union meant to strengthen political ties. Though Dyan feels the pull toward Myla, he chooses duty over desire and proceeds with the arranged engagement. Heartbroken, Myla accepts her fate, believing she has no right to dream beyond her station. Yet Lady Talia senses the danger Myla poses. Fearing the bond between Dyan and Myla, she begins weaving a silent web of malice.
