The Remnent Chronicles

When the Rapture occurs, Marcus Hyers — an ordinary, bitter roofer with a fractured faith — is left behind to survive a collapsing world under martial law and growing supernatural darkness. But when the archangel Gabriel crashes into his backyard, injured and unable to fulfill his mission alone, Marcus is drawn into a dangerous roadtrip to deliver a divine message meant to awaken the Two Witnesses prophesied in Revelation. The war for mankind’s soul has begun — and Marcus, once a lost man, may be the flame that sparks a rebellion against darkness.
