The Great Pretender

Jeff has mastered one thing in life: pretending. Pretending to brush his teeth. Pretending to shower. Pretending to have it together. He drifts through his twenties doing just enough to get by, until the strange rhythm of his half-lived life starts attracting attention. What begins as awkward concern quickly twists into something darker, funnier, and far more dangerous than Jeff realizes. As unexpected visitors, buried lies, and a growing sense that reality itself is closing in begin to crowd his world, Jeff is pulled into a nightmare he never agreed to be part of. The Great Pretender is a dark comedy drama about denial, manipulation, and what happens when a man who has spent years pretending is finally forced to confront the terrifying possibility that the performance was never his alone.
