Chandrakala works as a Rudali in Mayapur Village and performs the last rites of villagers as well. She has a 12 year old daughter Niti. Niti has some special powers which is hidden from the world. One day, Chandrakala is called to perform last rites of village Sarpanch's daughter. When Chandrakala discovers that it is a suicide she refuses to perform the rituals. However, she is forcefully made to perform the last rites, despite warning everyone of a catastrophe. Her warning fructifies. Soon after the cremation, the villagers start dropping dead one at a time. What is the mystery behind the death of Villagers? How did Chandrakala know about it?
