Talab - The Urge To Kill

Vidyut, a crime reporter, is addicted to killing people. He channelizes his urge to kill in a way that he only kills notorious criminals. But his life changes when another serial killer comes into picture and starts killing innocent people posing himself as Vidyut and tarnishing his image of a good Vigilante.
