A poor boy, Kyle Alder, joins a special combat arts group for money. He becomes a registered disciple after passing a gruelling test and is appointed as an apprentice to Doctor Valerius, where he learns a secret cultivation formula. One day, Kyle finds a mysterious bottle containing a green liquid, which boosts his cultivation. When his master, Doctor Valerius, learns of this new power, he attempts to take control over his body.
