These Official Rules (the "Rules") govern the Pocket FM Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”). By entering, you agree to be bound by these Rules.
1. SPONSOR
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Pocket Entertainment Corp., a Delaware corporation ("Pocket FM"), located at [Insert Address]. This promotion is not sponsored or endorsed by Instagram.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open to individuals worldwide who are at least 13 years old at the time of entry. Additional age, residency, or legal requirements may apply depending on local laws. Minors must have parental consent.
Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of Pocket FM and its affiliates, including immediate family members or household members, are not eligible.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins on October 24, 2025 and ends on November 2, 2025 (“Entry Period”).
4. HOW TO ENTER
No purchase necessary. During the Entry Period:
- Follow @pocketcreators_usa on Instagram and @pocket_creators on Youtube;
- Like the official Sweepstakes post;
- Share the post to your Instagram story and tag @pocketcreators_usa;
- Tag 3 friends in a comment on the post.
Instagram accounts must be public. Pocket FM is not responsible for lost, late, or corrupted entries.
5. RANDOM DRAWING; ODDS
One (1) to Three (3) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. Odds depend on the number of entries.
6. PRIZE
Winners receives Pocket FM platform coins valued at no more than 500 coins. No cash value, non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash.
Prize Taxes: Winner is responsible for all international, federal, state, and local taxes. Pocket FM may require completion of tax forms such as IRS Form W‑9 or local equivalents.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION
Winner will be notified via Instagram DM or tagged post. Winner may need to verify eligibility or provide parental consent. Failure to respond within 72 hours may result in alternate winner.
8. CONTENT RESTRICTIONS
Entries may not include unlawful, infringing, hateful, obscene, or inappropriate content.
9. GRANT OF RIGHTS
By entering, you grant Pocket FM a worldwide license to use your Instagram handle and entry content for administration and promotional purposes.

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Pocket FM may disqualify individuals who tamper with the Sweepstakes or violate these Rules. Pocket FM is not responsible for:
- Technical issues;
- Human error;
- International restrictions on sweepstakes participation;
- Events beyond its control.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
