POCKET FM “COIN FEST” GIVEAWAY – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By participating in any contest forming part of the Coin Fest Giveaway (“Contest”), you agree to abide by these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”). These T&Cs apply to all Contest posts published on Instagram, each of which will set out specific participation tasks (such as answering trivia, identifying with characters, etc.) and instructions (such as following specified pages, tagging friends, or reposting to stories), which you must follow to be eligible.

1. Eligibility

  • The Contest is open to individuals worldwide who are 18 years or older at the time of participation.

  • No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest.

  • Employees of Pocket FM and their immediate family members are not eligible.

2. How to Participate

To participate in the Contest, participants must: 

  1. Follow the official Pocket FM Instagram page that published the Contest post (either on @pocketfm_india, @pocketfm_usa, and @pocketnovelindia.  or such other official accounts as may be specified);

  2. Comment on the relevant post as per specific task mentioned in the post (e.g., mention your name if it matches the Pocket FM character featured, answer trivia questions or similar activities), using the designated hashtag as mentioned in the post;

  3. Tag any three (3) friends in the same comment;

  4. Bonus entry: Share the post to their own Instagram story and tag the same Pocket FM account that published the post. 

Each participant may comment only once per Contest post. 

3. Contest Duration

The Contest will be active from the Effective Date (as specified above) till the Expiry Date (as specified above). Entries submitted after the Expiry Date will not be considered. 

4. Winner Selection & Announcement

  1. Winners will be selected at random from valid entries on each eligible Contest post. 

  2. Winners will be announced on the Instagram Story of the respective Pocket FM account that hosted the relevant post. 

  3. Winner announcements will be made within 15 days of each Contest post. 

  4. The decision of Pocket FM shall be final and binding.

5. Rewards

  1. Each winner will be eligible to receive hundred (100) Pocket FM coins in their Pocket FM account tagged to their registered mobile number, upon confirmation of the registered mobile number by the selected winner(s). The Pocket FM coins shall be credited within 30 (thirty) days from the confirmation of the registered mobile number by the selected winner(s).

  2. The foregoing rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Usage Rights & Publicity

  • By participating in the Contest, participants grant Pocket FM the right to use their Instagram username and contest entry (including reposting the comment or story) for announcing the winners and for promotional purposes without further compensation.

7. Disqualification

  • Entries that are incomplete, incorrect, fraudulent, or in breach of Instagram's terms or community guidelines may be disqualified.

  • Pocket FM reserves the right to disqualify entries and/or participants at its sole discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Pocket FM is not responsible for any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of entries or selection of winners.

  • Pocket FM is not liable for any inability to claim or redeem the coupon due to factors beyond its control.

9. Instagram Disclaimer

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram. By participating, you release Instagram from any liability arising from or related to this Contest.

10. Governing Law

These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, India.

11. Grievance Redressal

In case of any complaints or grievances in relation to the Contest, participants may write to grievances@pocketfm.com with the subject line "Pocket FM Coin Fest Giveaway – Grievance". The email must include the participant’s Instagram handle, details of the relevant Contest post, and a description of the issue faced. Pocket FM will make reasonable efforts to acknowledge and address such complaints as soon as possible.
