Pocket FM - SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS T&C") govern the communications over text messages in United States and Canada between you and Pocket FM Corp. ("Pocket FM", "we," "us," and "our"), and constitutes a binding agreement between you and Pocket FM.

By opting into the receive text communications from Pocket FM, you agree and accept these SMS T&Cs, which are in addition to the Pocket FM's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (incorporated herein by reference). Pocket FM reserves the right to modify these SMS T&Cs at any time. We will give you notice of the changes and you are responsible for checking these updates.

1. Consent to receive messages

   By providing your mobile number and opting in to receive text messages, you consent to receive recurring text messages (in the nature of service messages, promotional messages, OTP confirmation, etc.) from Pocket FM at the number provided. Message and data rates may apply.

2. Message frequency

   You will receive recurring messages from Pocket FM from time to time, which can depend on the type of service or promotions you have subscribed to.

3. Opt-out information

   You can opt-out of receiving text messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message you receive from Pocket FM. You will receive a confirmation text message upon successful opt-out. You may also opt-out by contacting Pocket FM at the details mentioned in Section 5 below.

4. Data protection

   We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information. By consenting or opting-in to receive text messages from Pocket FM, you agree to the processing of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
