In a forgotten valley where the veil between worlds grows thin, a solitary cottage waits beneath the pines. Within it lives Seraphim — a woman older than memory, sustained by fleeting human connection and bound to an ancient relic that opens doorways across the world. Each night she steps through a threshold into a new life: a widower mending broken watches, a grieving woman braving winter seas, strangers carrying unseen burdens. Seraphim believes she takes what she needs to survive. She does not yet realize she is restoring what has been lost. With every encounter, the people she meets leave stronger, steadier, and quietly transformed — while within her, warmth long forgotten begins to return. Told in luminous, interconnected episodes, this mythic and emotionally resonant tale explores grief, resilience, and the small moments that return us to ourselves. Somewhere in the world, something softens. And somewhere between seconds and starlight, Seraphim continues her journey toward remembering.
