Desperate and homeless, Mia accepts a bizarre offer: a rent-free cottage from the enigmatic Kael Ashford, but with three unbreakable rules. She must never ask what he does after dark, never enter the forbidden shed, and never bring anyone home after sunset. As strange sounds echo from the shed and Kael returns with torn clothes and dark secrets, Mia's new home transforms from a sanctuary into a cage of terrifying questions. She signed a contract for a roof over her head, but what dark price will she pay when the terms of their agreement are shattered, and the true nature of her mysterious landlord is revealed?
