Born into the suffocating darkness of an underground vault, Fortuna is a prisoner from her first breath, discarded by a Duke who deems her blood barren of mana. Her world is cold stone, rusted iron, and the distant, ominous groans of a mountain-sized forge that demands more than it gives. As years crawl by in her desolate cell, she learns a brutal truth: tears do not turn iron keys, but observation and a quiet, corrosive touch might. When the mountain itself begins to crack under an unseen pressure, Fortuna discovers a strange power within her, a silent entropy that whispers to the decay around her. With the Duke's empire teetering on the brink of collapse, and the very bedrock groaning, will this forgotten child of misfortune become the catalyst for its destruction, or find her own path to freedom in the ruins?
