The Last Bookkeeper

An 18-year-old boy named Aarav takes shelter inside an old abandoned mansion. Everything is covered in dust. As he looks around, he notices a huge wooden door with golden letters engraved on it: "The Forbidden Library – Only the Chosen May Enter." The moment Aarav opens the door, thousands of ancient books begin floating through the air. At the center of the library sits an old man known as The Last Librarian. He looks at Aarav and says, "I have been waiting for you for 500 years." Aarav is shocked. The Librarian hands him an ancient book called The Book of Worlds. As soon as Aarav opens the book, its pages begin to glow. On the very first page, he reads: "Every story is a world. Every reader is a traveler." Suddenly, the entire library starts shaking. Dark smoke emerges from the walls and transforms into terrifying shadow monsters. A giant creature made entirely of black ink charges toward Aarav. The Librarian steps in to protect him and says, "These are the soldiers of the Ink King. He seeks to conquer every magical book and control every world." The Librarian gives Aarav a glowing pen. "This is the Writer's Pen. Whatever you write with it can become reality." Before Aarav can understand what is happening, the Ink Monster attacks the Librarian. As he takes his final breath, the Librarian whispers, "The library is now your responsibility... and remember... trust no one." The old man dies. At that very moment, the entire library is swallowed by darkness. The last page of The Book of Worlds opens by itself. A single sentence slowly appears: "The Ink King already knows your name, Aarav." In the distance, a dark shadow smiles.
