On a stormy night in South Boston, the newborn heir to a multi-billion dollar empire vanishes from a heavily guarded hospital, plunging the city's most powerful criminal dynasties into a brutal, decades-long war. Joseph Fitzpatrick was meant to inherit a legacy built on shipping, real estate, and buried secrets, but instead, he becomes a ghost, a name whispered in the streets as families like the Lucianos, Fitzpatricks, and Falcons tear each other apart searching for him. Raised in ignorance of his true lineage, this stolen child grows up believing he is ordinary, while the very mention of his name fuels a relentless battle for control over Southie. But what happens when the missing piece of this deadly puzzle finally discovers who he truly is, and the empire he was born to rule?
