​A tech developer offers Javi $2 million for the gym land to build condos. It’s enough money to fix his life and move his sick mother to a better facility. But selling means abandoning the kids (like Elias) who use the gym as a safe haven. ​Mateo finds out. He doesn't want the gym sold because he uses the basement for storage (without Javi’s knowledge).
