Caelum has spent his life ignoring something no one else seems to notice. At night, thin luminous lines appear in the darkness around him. They twist across walls, streets, and forests like silent maps drawn by an invisible hand. For years he believed they were nothing more than tricks of the mind. Until one of those lines opens. Beyond it lies another world. Caelum soon learns the shifting paths connect countless hidden realms layered beside reality. Only a rare few can see them. Those who can are known as Cartographers, travelers responsible for navigating the fragile routes between worlds. But the pathways are changing. Entire realms are beginning to collide, and powerful figures across those worlds have been waiting for a new Cartographer to appear. Some want his guidance. Others want his control. As Caelum is pulled deeper into lands ruled by strange laws, cruel leaders, and dangerous alliances, the quiet life he once knew begins to vanish. With the person he loves refusing to let him face the journey alone, he must decide whether to follow the paths left by those before him or carve a new route no Cartographer has ever dared to take. Because the lines are moving again. And this time they may lead to the end of every world.
