Haunted by a grief that has invaded every corner of her home, Charlene makes a desperate decision: a new life, far away from the memories of her late husband. But her teenage twins, Sarah and Thomas, are caught in the crossfire of her need to escape and their own raw, conflicting emotions. One clings to the past, the other yearns for release, forcing a family already shattered by loss to confront an even deeper rift. As boxes are packed and old height marks on a doorway resurface, the weight of what they're leaving behind clashes with the uncertain promise of a fresh start. Can a new place truly heal old wounds, or will this journey tear them further apart?
