But what does this have to do with Nick "Sable" Jones? An 18 year old thief with a terminal brain tumor. His only chance at survival is to accept a deal with Lan Xing, the winner of the First Zenith Trials. He will have to share his brain with the assassin but will gain access to all of Lan's skills and resources if he can be determine enough. Little does he know, Lan has put a plan into motion that will make Nick the ultimate underdog in the Second Zenith Trials and take over his whole existence in the process.
