Medical Genius

A young man loses his entire family in an accident, but due to certain circumstances, he becomes a live-in son-in-law to a family in order to save his sister. However, he is a number one genius in the field of medicine throughout the country, able to diagnose and treat any disease simply by looking at the patient. But he does all this secretly, hiding it from his mother-in-law and wife. In the outside world, he has a completely different identity, but at home, he is treated worse than a servant. One day, when his true identity is revealed to the world, his life changes completely. Will he be able to prove himself? Will he be able to find and kill the murderers of his parents?
