Why have my previously unlocked episodes become locked again?

Don’t panic! Pocket FM will never lock your unlocked episodes. More than likely, you might have accidentally created two accounts and logged into the wrong one. The most common thing we see is: Users have created two accounts, each one tied to a different email address or phone number. If you have more than one email address or phone number, we suggest trying to log in (and potentially reset your password) with as many of those old email addresses/ phone numbers as you can think of.

Once you find your original account, we recommend that you delete the duplicate account to avoid experiencing any issues in the future.
