Ruby ,who has been bullied and mistreated by her husband's family , is finally thrown out into the street by her husband because she is infertile. Jack ,who is totally controlled by his useless family, eventually gets just what he deserves. Ruby, by the way, is NOT INFERTILE. She ends up with a handsome five year old who looks a great deal like Jack, but no one is about to congratulate him or even tell him he IS A FATHER. It's a fun read about wife beating and the vengeance it brings. also, it will be interesting to see how people who never worked are made to do so ,and Ruby fights her feelings for Jack. It's a wild ride, but , worth the time it takes to get to the bottom and put everything and everyone in their place. I guarantee you will not be bored.

I loved the story lines. Being able to listen to the whole book was great! Listening to 1 minute of story then 90 seconds of ads makes me find a different story!

Loved the storyline. Ruby was so strong after Jack abused her. She came back as a Powerful Elegant Women & not out for revenge. Jack & his family got their Karma. Would have loved to hear more about the little girl & her family & that Ruby helped them. I hope it keeps going so we can hear more about Harry & him finding his true love. If their is a sequel please let me know. Also loved the narrator, she made the characters pop. Best I listened to so far.

The plot is typical, but the narrator helps you fall in love with the characters. I love a rags to riches story, and they did Ruby dirty, but she prevails.

this story kept my interest to the next chapter, wanting to hear more. can't wait for your next series. what will happen to the love triangle. what does Harry think of his parents getting together, they live in separate towns. What is the name of the next book/series?

I loved this story. Would like to see what happens with chris & Becky. They should get together. Also it would be great if Margot did repent get her own business and pay Jack back, Liam should pay for what he did and loose everything. Margot should get it back so she can repay Jack & the family. Henry should grow up to be a great genius and run both family with his sister and brother

I loved this story, I wish there was a bit more to the store after their 2 years apart and rekindled love and what comes after such as marriage, kids etc! What happened to Jim, Becky and Emily lives?? I loved her parents and how supportive they were. Overall I loved it!🥰
