Silas Vane is the world’s only Void Mancer. In a society built on the flow of magic, Silas is a biological black hole. He doesn't just resist magic; he devours it. While others rely on their internal "spark," Silas fuels himself by drinking "Juice" (liquid Mancy), using his unique Void-core to stack these high-potency stimulants—Strength, Speed, and Durability—simultaneously. He overclocks his physical frame without the lethal heart failure or "The Crash" that kills normal men. Armed with a heavy Breaker Chain of Void-Iron, Silas begins a brutal, straight-line march from the spirit-haunted ruins of New York to the chaotic edge of Los Angeles. Along the way, he will recruit a crew of survivors, dismantle the Pylons, and consume the Seven gods who built them. In a near-future America, the map has been redrawn by seven industrial gods. Seven massive city-states dominate the landscape, each anchored by a Pylon—a gargantuan siphon that drains the life-force of the "Dead Zones" to power the shimmering citadels of the elite. These cities are ruled by the Seven Governor's, the only individuals on the planet who possess their specific, reality-warping powers.
